Includes biographical information about the photographer, who was born in Scotland and emigrated to Canada in 1967. [At the time of publication, Chalmers was completing graduate studies for an M.F.A. at Concordia University, Montreal. Subsequently, he taught photography and eventually became both a photographer and cinema operator in Elora, Canada. His work is in the National Gallery of Canada.] Fine.
