Rutgers University, 1972.  Large format softcover, profusely illustrated with Tice's black-and-white photographs made primarily with his 8x10 view camera for superb detail in these excellent reproductions printed offset by Meriden Gravure. Views of Paterson, New Jersey, include the Great Falls, street scenes with people, architecture, industry, storefronts, natural landscape, et al.  Very good with very minor wear at extremities and a red dot at top of text block near spine, likely a price marker from a library book sale rather than a remainder mark.
